1. Standings won't budge!!! - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
And the only way to get Storyline missions is to initiate the missions yourself. You get storyline every 16 missions of same level. For COSMOS missions, you can do datacenters where you return tags for standings, which can be repeated. But still...

3. Veteran Eve-O Player Coming Back - Missions? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
As your regular level 4 grinder, I can say they wont bring anything new to the equation, especially after you've run them few times. With your skills they should be a breeze. The income is quite a bit higher than in level 3s though. I would consi...

5. Is ~800DPS tank enough for lv4s? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Most/all level 4 missions are easy enough with under 400dps tank. I run about 350dps tank and very rarely run into any problems. Ofcourse I also put out 750-800 eft dps Gank is the best form of tank for missions and aggro management is the key t...

6. Help me...Abbadon set up level 4's - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I dont really see the need for all these overtanked setups. With little care when choosing targets you can aggro each spawn separately. Dual rep setups are always way overtanked imo, if you assume decent/good skills, as is more than three hardene...

7. navy issue apoc vs abaddon for level 4 mission running? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Probably one of the biggest reasons I started using Apoc over Abaddon is the cost of Scorch. AN crystals are quite a bit cheaper per shot than Scorch. MP Abaddon is fine and dandy, but eats through Scorch like mad. On Apoc I can use AN MF / Gamma...

8. Which Apocalypse for Level 4's? (Beam vs Pulse Question) - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Edited by: Izanaki Kurita on 19/11/2008 19:41:46 Well, personally I run the following setup 8xMP II 1xTC II, 3xCR II 1xLAR II, 3xhardeners to fit the flavour, 3x AN HS II 2xLocus and 1xCCC 5xHammerhead IIs Works fine for me, even though they...

9. heavy assault javelin missiles - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Nothing wrong with your mathematics, Javelin missiles ranges got heavily cut in QR, 50% if I recall correctly. They did have rather long range before tho, being close range weapon system long range ammo ;) (considering most turrets hit somewhere ...

10. Amar PvP - in Warfare & Tactics [original thread]
Hey there cuz! ;) Actually Amarr is pretty decent 1v1, although it's edge is slightly dulled when fighting some of the nano setups. For lower tech ships, tanky is, in my opinion the way to go. Punisher is a nice little frigate, I usually fit it...

11. Ammar BS for missions? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Both Abby and Apoc are good misson runners, similar dps and tank, atleast in my case. Actually my Abby has better cap and tank than my Apoc, but Apoc has maybe slightly better damage output because of better tracking on close targets. I personall...

12. Nightmare or Paladin as mission runner (or something else)? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Heh, lazy for me would mean training for Domi, aggroing the whole room, drop drones and go watch a movie or something ;) But the efficiently run missions, 3 heat sinks is the only way to go. So nowadays I tend to run pulse apoc with 4 slot tank, ...

13. Nightmare or Paladin as mission runner (or something else)? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
Naturally dual rep tank is more effective than single rep, slot by slot, but it sure eats alot more cap aswell. And im yet to come across mission that requires dual rep tank (well, angel bonus room and EA 5/5 do come to mind where it doesnt hurt.....

14. Nightmare or Paladin as mission runner (or something else)? - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]

15. Paladin Mission Runner - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]

17. Paladin vs Abaddon for lvl 4's - in Ships and Modules [original thread]

18. Paladin vs Abaddon for lvl 4's - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Tank is much overrated in l4s. Most of the sansha/blood missions are easily tanked with two hardeners and one LAR. Cap stability is another overrated thing. 4-6 minutes before cap runs dry is more than plenty in any of the l4s Ive done, and thats...

20. Amarr Battleship help - Mission Running Partner - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
For pure damage, Geddon is the way to go. Especially when youre mate gets his drone skills up, you can pump put closer to 1000 dps without a sweat. On the other hand, before his skills are up to par, Apoc might be a good choise. It has the abilit...
